What You Can Expect From Inpatient Alcohol Rehab at Liberty Bay Recovery
Your recovery at the Liberty Bay Recovery Center will be part of a comprehensive approach to living a substance-free life. We will develop an individualized treatment plan to address your unique problems and needs. Your treatment will include the 12-step plan along with a strong emphasis on community, accountability, and responsibility. Because your plan will focus on healing the body and the mind, it will also include a medically monitored detoxification. During this three- to seven-day period, we will help alleviate your withdrawal symptoms and get you ready to begin counseling.
Our newly renovated residential treatment facility provides you with a comfortable and relaxing environment for your recovery. With over 24,000 square feet, we can offer each resident private and luxurious rooms. And because all of our dedicated staff members have been through the recovery process, we see them as uniquely qualified to help you through your difficult journey.
As part of being enrolled in inpatient treatment, your care will consist of one or more proven modalities used to treat substance abuse. Your program will include a combination of individual and group therapy sessions that focus on long-term recovery.
Other Services Provided by Liberty Bay Recovery Center
In addition to your substance abuse, you may be suffering from mental illnesses. For some of you, your mental disease may be the cause of your alcohol or drug use. It’s important to understand and treat both conditions in order to fully become a functioning part of your community. At Liberty Bay Recovery Center, we treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, acute stress disorder, schizophrenia, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
If you decide that you cannot leave your home and family for inpatient treatment, you can enroll in one of our other treatment options. The partial hospitalization treatment plan is a 30-day program that allows you to attend counseling during the day and either return home or to a sober living facility at the end of the day. The intensive outpatient program has even more flexibility while offering the same level of care and case management. You choose the treatment option that is right for you in order to give yourself the best chance of recovery.
Whichever option you choose, our staff will teach you the skills you need to live a drug and alcohol-free life. We will show you how to handle stressful situations and people without reverting back to your old habits. We will help you identify short-term goals to get you through the day and to avoid relapse.
If you feel it’s time to get the help you need for your substance abuse, our facility may be the place for you. You don’t have to fight the battle alone. Contact Liberty Bay Recovery Center at 855.607.8758 to find out more information about our inpatient rehab centers.
