Where and When Do you meet?

Our Community Outpatient Rehab Program is located on the 1st Floor at 343 Forest Avenue in Portland. Parking is on Bank Street and around the back of the building.

Groups meet Tuesday and Thursday from 2-4 p.m.

How Much Does it Cost?
